Nuffield Health Group is hiring a Duty Manager for our gym in Wallsend. You will ensure the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing on your shift, while delivering outstanding customer service and driving member engagement.

You will bring proven sales experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit to inspire your team. A focus on safety, outcomes, and a welcoming environment is essential to our members' health journey.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the club on your shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Prioritise member satisfaction and engage with members to build strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold high quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting club benefits.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Swim to a high standard and complete on-site lifeguard training when covering breaks.
