Nuffield Health Cottingley Manor Fitness & Wellbeing Gym is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, drive member satisfaction and support a high-performance team. This part-time role requires strong sales and customer-service focus, with responsibilities that include safety, tours, and member engagement.

The role entails managing club opening/closing, achieving sales targets, and potential lifeguard duties on site. A proactive, collaborative attitude is essential.

As a Duty Manager at our Cottingley Manor Fitness & Wellbeing Gym, you'll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You're enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a 'can do' attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
