Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for Cottingley Manor Fitness & Wellbeing Gym. This part-time role (32 hours per week) offers a pro-rata salary of £28,038.40 and a chance to help deliver an exceptional member experience while contributing to the club's daily operations.

You will bring sales experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach. Duties include opening/closing, guiding tours for prospective members, ensuring health and safety, and helping to meet sales

Formación

• Experience in club/facility management.

• Proven ability to work as part of a team and meet targets.

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, engage with members and build strong relationships.
• Lead by example and support colleagues while upholding high quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting the club's benefits.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Swim to a high standard and be willing to train as lifeguard at site.

Duty Manager Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
