Job summary

Raise Education Trust is seeking a Duty Manager to take the operational lead for Wildern Leisure Centre and to cover Deer Park Sports Centre, ensuring both sites run smoothly and deliver high-quality public services.

The role combines managing a busy community facility with a refurbished fitness suite, a 25m pool, and outdoor facilities, while supporting service development and safeguarding across sites.

Qualifications

• DS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) required.
• Understanding of leisure facilities and community services.
• Customer-focused with strong people management.
• Ability to lead across two sites and develop services.

Responsibilities

• Take the operational lead for Wildern Leisure Centre.
• Cover both Wildern and Deer Park Sports Centre.
• Ensure facilities at both sites run smoothly.
• Support development of the Leisure Centre.
