Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team across our leisure centre network, delivering friendly, clean and safe facilities with exceptional customer service. Hours are 15 per week with a Sunday-Saturday rota.

Competenze
- NPLQ qualification (not essential – training provided)
- Experience in leading and motivating a team of staff
- Experience in duty management or similar role
- Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision making
Mansioni
- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff to deliver high-quality service
- Oversee day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to high standards
- Contribute to business and budget performance of the centre
- Provide support with training and staff development
- Adapt to variable demands with proactive problem solving
