Leisure Solutions Community Trust is recruiting a Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre on behalf of Serco. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff while coordinating shift management and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management role within leisure, hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership to motivate, support and develop colleagues.
• Commitment to health and safety, customer care and high-quality service.
• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities and respond in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager and leadership team with day-to-day operations.
• Take responsibility for shift management, ensuring a safe, efficient and welcoming environment.
• Lead lifeguarding, housekeeping and facility presentation standards.
• Manage incidents, accidents and emergencies, with investigations as needed.
• Support colleague training, induction and development.
• Drive growth and continuous improvement through stock management, rota planning and operational excellence.
