Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure top-quality service across our leisure centres. You will help lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and support a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

The role offers training and development, with a 15-hour weekly rota across days including weekends. We value diversity and provide pathways for progression within our 130+ centres across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience in Duty Management or similar role.
• Experience in customer service and staff management.
• Willing to work 15 hours per week on a rota basis.
• Able to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the best levels of service by our teams for customers.
• Lead and develop a motivated operational staff group.
• Oversee day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre.
• Contribute to understanding the business and budgetary performance of the centre.
