A facilities maintenance company is seeking a skilled Drainage Maintenance Engineer to manage planned maintenance including jetting drains and servicing pump stations. Candidates must have several years' experience, be comfortable working outdoors, and capable of heavy lifting. Responsibilities include site visits, client relations, and technical reporting. This role involves travel across various sites in the United Kingdom, providing a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Drainage Maintenance Engineer to cover Planned maintenance which will include Jetting drains, interceptor servicing, pump station inspection, patch lining, using crawler units, coding and dealing with dilapidation, cleaning gullies and ACO's as well as maintaining / repairing urinals and toilets, the ideal candidate will also have experience of dealing with blockages on both internal and external drainage in a reactive capacity. This is a mobile position; therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to work across a magnitude of our client's sites across a variety of industries, there will be travel and some overnight stays. This role would suit candidates with several years' experience across the spectrum of the drainage and environmental compliance or maintenance sector. Must be capable to work individually or as part of a team. You'll need to enjoy working outdoors in all weather and you must be physically fit as the job involves some heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.
Salary is based on experience and technical ability.
