What your day will look like?
As a Doorperson, you’ll be the welcoming face of our 5‑star hotel, greeting guests, opening doors, offering directions, and sharing helpful information about the hotel and local area. You’ll support with luggage when needed, work closely with the Front of House team, and keep the entrance and lobby areas tidy and inviting. Your warm, professional presence will help set the tone for an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Bring?
You’ll be friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with guests. Well‑presented, reliable, and calm under pressure, you’ll bring a positive attitude, excellent communication, and strong teamwork skills. Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is an advantage but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
