  • Proven door-to-door sales or canvassing experience, with prior leadership experience.

  • A track record of recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong communication and people skills, confident, persuasive, and motivating.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to consistently hit and exceed goals.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when homeowner engagement is highest.

  • Physically able to walk 3–5 miles daily in the field with your team.

  • Comfortable engaging homeowners, creating interest, and setting appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and train a team of door-to-door sales representatives.

  • Assign and oversee canvassing territories to maximize lead opportunities.

  • Lead from the field coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable.

  • Drive appointment-setting activity and ensure lead quality.

  • Train and enforce scripts, messaging, and proven sales techniques.

  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.

  • Represent Total Remodeling at select events and shows, alongside your team.

  • Build brand awareness by distributing marketing materials and engaging homeowners face-to-face.
