Role: Canvassing Manager

Location: Solihull (office based), occasional field work

Salary: £35,000 (pa) plus commission and bonus

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to support our lead generational efforts across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2C sales or Lead Generation/Canvassing, demonstrating analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who can foster relationships with clients while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Train, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
Skills
  • Proven experience in B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Preferred experience in Eco‑4 or similar government‑backed schemes for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
