Overview

Utility Infrastructure

Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UKs largest network owners and operators.

Social Infrastructure

Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work from retrofit to refurbishment and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation, organising, storing and distributing documents efficiently.
  • Administer the Document Management System (DMS), setting up workflows, managing access and ensuring data security.
  • Ensure compliance, maintaining records to meet company, client and regulatory standards.
  • Support the project team, assisting with document formatting, templates and best practices.
  • Monitor version control, ensuring everyone works from the latest, most accurate documents.
  • Enhance processes, identifying ways to improve efficiency and implement best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: GCSEs / A-Levels; additional qualifications in administration or document control are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in document control within construction, engineering or similar industries. EDMS SharePoint and Aconex experience with these platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Asite) and MS Office.
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to liaise with teams and troubleshoot document issues.
