Job summary

A global project management firm in London seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and administration of document control systems. The successful candidate will have substantial oil and gas sector experience, demonstrating strong leadership in managing document control teams. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive project management plans, ensuring compliance of site documents, and coordinating intra-management correspondence. This is a critical role aimed at achieving optimal project outcomes while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

  • 20 years of general experience with at least 10 years in a similar role for oil and gas sector.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of document controllers for at least 7 years.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and submitting Project Management Plan.
  • Managing document control systems and project management team supplies.
  • Reviewing site correspondence for compliance with contract documents.

Job description
  • Preparing and submitting Project Management Plan;
  • Document control system development and administration;
  • Management of the information systems;
  • Project management team equipment and supplies management;
  • Review of site correspondence and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents;
  • Development and maintenance of the Project Management Plan;
  • Periodic preparation and processing of site reports;
  • Management of intra-management correspondence (between the Site and Development Offices);
  • Maintenance of contract documents;
  • Processing of contractor documents.
Qualifications
  • The candidate must be familiarized with ACONEX and other similar programs
  • The candidate must have at least 20 years of general experience with at least 10 years in similar role for oil and gas sector.
  • The candidate must be able to demonstrate at least 7 years in leading teams of document controllers.
