Overview

Join Our Team as a Docucare DCA Printer Support! This is a temporary contract role starting ASAP for up to 6 months, located in Holborn. A national security clearance (SC) is required for this role, and candidates must be eligible to undergo this check.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support for Docucare DCA printers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues swiftly.
  • Assist customers with setup and operational queries, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to keep printers in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in our support system to ensure continuity and improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong technical knowledge of printers, particularly Docucare DCA models.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
