We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant to take on the role of Divisional Director for Women's & Children's Services (Division E).
This is an exciting time to be a Divisional Director due to the potential and opportunities that exist with the planned Hospital, Campus and Model of Care developments over the next 3-5 years. There will be opportunities for this individual to help shape this and make a difference.
The appointment will be offered as a secondment opportunity for 24 months in the first instance to commence as soon as possible, and is subject to satisfactory annual review. The post holder will be allocated 5PAs to undertake this role and receive an annual responsibility allowance of £35,525. We will consider applications for this secondment opportunity for either the Divisional Director element of the role only or to also include clinical PAs. Whilst relevant experience related to Women's & Children's services would be beneficial, we will consider applications from Consultants from any specialty background.
