A healthcare trust in the UK is looking for a Band 6 District Nurse/Caseload Manager to join their community team in Brentwood and Billericay. This role involves leading a nursing team, providing high standards of care, and collaborating with GPs and other professionals. The ideal candidate will have community nursing experience and be prepared to support a diverse team. An induction program will be provided, and additional benefits include the high-cost area supplement. This is a full-time on-site position.
NELFT are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 6 District Nurse/Caseload Manager to join our integrated community team in Brentwood and Billericay. The service currently operates from 0700 - 1900 hrs including regular weekends on a rota basis. The post holder will be expected to support their team, department and organisation to achieve the Trust’s Values in their day to day work. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £1,258 and a maximum payment of £2,122 per annum pro rata).
