The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an independent caseload of contentious matters, covering a wide range of general litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, building disputes, professional negligence, contract and partnership disputes, debt recovery, and both corporate and personal insolvency.
The role will also involve handling contentious probate and inheritance matters such as Inheritance Act claims, intestacy rules, financial provision for dependants, challenges to the validity of wills, probate disputes, removal of executors, and property-related issues arising within estates.
