DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, KENT, £45-55,000 (DOE)

Join a well-regarded Litigation team within a reputable, Lexcel accredited firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop and grow within a supportive environment. JOB REF: 215301982

OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an independent caseload of contentious matters, covering a wide range of general litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, building disputes, professional negligence, contract and partnership disputes, debt recovery, and both corporate and personal insolvency.

The role will also involve handling contentious probate and inheritance matters such as Inheritance Act claims, intestacy rules, financial provision for dependants, challenges to the validity of wills, probate disputes, removal of executors, and property-related issues arising within estates.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • ACTAPS membership would be highly advantageous.
  • You should possess strong technical experience in Dispute Resolution matters, demonstrating excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive, enthusiastic approach to business development.
  • You will also be expected to play an active role in sustaining and growing the Dispute Resolution department through networking, building strong client relationships, and participating in the firm’s wider marketing events.
