As the pharmacist leading our clinical dispensary service, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a safe, efficient, and patient-centred dispensing operation. You’ll mentor and support our rotational resident and trainee pharmacists, helping them grow while ensuring excellence in service delivery for both patients and clinical teams. You’ll be a visible role model and a passionate advocate for our ethos of continuous improvement, inspiring those around you to strive for better every day. With your experience, you’ll also work closely with the chief pharmacy technician to uphold the highest standards of Good Clinical Practice, including ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for the supply of clinical trials, chemotherapy, and unlicensed medicines.
