A leading luxury department store is seeking a Dispatch Operations Manager to oversee night-time dispatch operations. This role involves managing a team of 16, ensuring compliance, health & safety, and driving continual process improvements. Our Distribution team is now looking for a Dispatch Operations Manager to lead and optimise our out-of-hours dispatch operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile, fast-growing area of the business where precision and excellence are key. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth overnight operations while driving process improvements and influencing positive change across the team.
In this role, you will have complete oversight of our night-time dispatch operations, managing two teams across a 7-night operation. You’ll ensure compliance, health & safety, workflow efficiency, and HR administration, while maintaining Harrods’ exceptional standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll act as a confident leader who can influence and inspire, even in areas with established ways of working.
