A mental health care provider in Birmingham is seeking an administrative support staff member to provide comprehensive services to the Disability Intensive Care Enhanced Team. To provide a fully comprehensive administration service to the Disability Intensive Care Enhanced (DICE) Team. The post works in a fast‑paced environment that requires a calm but proactive approach, the ability to multi‑task while being thorough, and the capacity to prioritise workload. Telephone calls, enquiries and a high volume of standard administrative tasks form a large part of the role.
