Job description

University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. If you hold a graduate visa, you may apply; however, you must have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated member of the Pathology Administrative Team, primarily based at Leighton Hospital, to provide a comprehensive, quality and confidential secretarial/administrative service to the North Midlands and Cheshire Pathology Service (NMCPS). The Directorate Support Secretary will organise workload and coordinate activities under the supervision of the Operational Services Manager to ensure an efficient service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support within the team, stepping in to fill gaps to ensure continuity of services.
  • Manage correspondence, ensuring all communication is routed through the email address used for the application.
