Are you a dynamic, student-focused leader ready to shape the future of student experience across a thriving, multi-campus college? We're looking for an energetic, proactive, and visionary individual to lead our Student Services provision and make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.

As Director - Student Services, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to student success & wellbeing, you'll lead a passionate team and drive innovation across all three campuses, ensuring every student feels supported, heard, and inspired.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  1. Champion student enrichmentand create vibrant, inclusive experiences that go beyond the classroom
  2. Lead the student voicestrategy, ensuring learners are active participants in shaping their college journey.
  3. Oversee the Student Services teamand functions, continuously enhancing the quality and impact of our support services.
  4. To lead careerseducation, advice, and guidance, empowering students with the skills and confidence to thrive in life and work
  5. To develop and led the tutorial programme .
