My client is a public affairs/comms agency with a strong economics team producing evidence based research for clients. They are known for being experts in infrastructure, tech and FS.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive policy strategies aligned with industry standards and economic trends.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of regulatory developments and their potential impacts on the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies are effectively communicated and integrated.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including industry bodies and regulators, to represent the organisation's interests.
  • Provide expert advice on policy and economic matters to senior leadership and other departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented policies, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on policy and economic initiatives for internal and external audiences.
  • Stay updated on global and local economic trends impacting the media and agency industry.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Policy & Economics should have:

  • A strong background in policy development, ideally with experience of selling to their work to private sector clients.
