  • Location: Remote, UK.
  • Salary: £78,000 - 82,000 per annum
  • Hours: 35 per week
  • Contract type: Permanent

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and develop a high performing team of technology experts, developers and IT specialists.
  • Lead the technical delivery of our digital product roadmaps (like our online hearing check).
  • Ensure our technology infrastructure is resilient, secure, and meets our needs.
  • Ensure that RNID understands the opportunities and threats posed by AI, leading our AI programme.
  • Be an active member of our Senior Leadership Team supporting the overall delivery of our strategic plans and driving performance.
Who is the Right Fit For
  • Has presence and credibility as a senior leader, able to inspire confidence with deep technology expertise.
  • Builds relationships internally, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business objectives and requirements.
  • Has proven experience leading full stack development and overseeing business critical technologies, as well as experience of leveraging AI to meet business objectives.
  • Is passionate about RNID, what we do and the role of technology in creating impact for our communities.
