A forward-thinking college is seeking a Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality to drive quality assurance and enhancement. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in leading quality improvement within an FE and/or HE environment, deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and a degree-level education. This permanent full-time position offers a salary of £65,000 - £73,000, along with various employee benefits.

As part of the College Leadership Team, you\'ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional learner experience, embedding excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, and driving continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration.
Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you\'ll lead a multidisciplinary team of quality professionals and work in close partnership with academic and corporate services to ensure regulatory compliance, support curriculum development, and promote a culture of high performance and learner engagement.
