🔹 The Role

Reporting into the COO, the Director of Sales will take full ownership of revenue performance and sales strategy, leading established Sales and Project teams to deliver sustainable growth. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused leadership role with genuine influence across pricing, proposition development, customer experience, and go‑to‑market strategy.

🔹 Key Focus Areas
  • Ownership of sales performance, revenue growth, and commercial results
  • Development and execution of sales strategy across B2C and recurring B2B customers
  • Leadership, coaching, and performance management of sales teams
  • Identification of new revenue streams, services, and growth opportunities
  • Close collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Finance
  • Use of data, insight, and KPIs to drive decision‑making and accountability
🔹 Who This Will Suit

You’re likely already operating at Head of Sales / Sales Director level within a service‑led, operationally complex environment such as home services, building services, facilities management, engineering, or another field‑based service business.
