A leading service-based company is seeking a Director of Sales to own revenue performance and sales strategy. This senior leadership role involves managing sales teams to achieve growth in B2C and B2B markets. Reporting into the COO, the Director of Sales will take full ownership of revenue performance and sales strategy, leading established Sales and Project teams to deliver sustainable growth. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused leadership role with genuine influence across pricing, proposition development, customer experience, and go‑to‑market strategy.
You’re likely already operating at Head of Sales / Sales Director level within a service‑led, operationally complex environment such as home services, building services, facilities management, engineering, or another field‑based service business.
