The BoTree Club is redefining membership by blending wellness, connection and culture within a world-class hotel setting.

We’re seeking a relationship-driven Membership Manager (Sales & Engagement) to join our pre-opening team and help shape our founding membership community.

Working closely with the Director of Membership, you will:

  • Build and manage a high-quality membership pipeline through outreach and referrals
  • Deliver against weekly, monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Showcase The BoTree Club
  • Lead the onboarding journey, ensuring every member feels welcomed and connected
  • Maintain strong daily visibility in member areas as a trusted, recognisable presence
  • Support member engagement events that encourage connection and belonging
  • Collaborate with Wellness, F&B and Marketing to drive engagement and promote initiatives
  • Log all activity in CRM systems, providing clear insight and reporting

About You
You’re commercially sharp, naturally social and passionate about people and community. You bring:

  • Proven sales experience in hospitality, lifestyle or wellness environments
  • Skill in building pipelines, nurturing relationships and achieving conversion goals
  • A genuine “people person” approach, thriving in member-facing roles
  • Strong community instincts with the ability to connect, gather and grow relationships
  • Commercial confidence, excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems to track activity, manage data and report performance
  • Self-motivation, energy and adaptability in a fast-paced pre-opening environment
  • Passion for connection, wellbeing and Conscious Luxury
  • Experience in pre-opening/launch projects, hosting, lifestyle events or community activation
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support key events
