The Director of Inclusion will report to the Vice Principal, Curriculum & Student Experience and will be a member of the Senior Management Team. The role focuses on reducing barriers, promoting equity, and improving outcomes for all learners. You will support the development and delivery of strategic objectives and associated action plans that secure the college’s future viability, growth, and development. Additionally, you will provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for heads of department.
