As Director of Client Development & Marketing, you will act as strategic advisor to the Firm reporting directly to the COO and shaping the client development, marketing and knowledge agenda across all offices and practice areas.

You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a prestigious organisation at a pivotal moment in its growth.

Key areas of responsibility:
Strategic Leadership

Develop and own the firmwide Client Development & Marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, evolving client needs and technological advancements.

Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, shaping thought leadership and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Lead the full lifecycle of client development: opportunity identification, cross‑selling, market insights, pitching and account management.

Strengthen the Firm's approach to client relationship management and drive measurable revenue growth.

Brand & Marketing

Champion the Firm's brand, digital presence and strategic positioning across key markets.

Oversee compelling, insight‑driven marketing and thought‑leadership campaigns.

Enhance digital and social media strategy to broaden reach and engagement.

Oversee knowledge strategy delivery across groups, ensuring best‑practice sharing, content development and high‑value insights for clients.

Innovation & Operational Excellence

Drive creative, modern approaches to client service.

Enhance CRM systems, governance, analytics and ROI measurement.

Build a high‑performing, empowered Client Development & Marketing team with a culture of collaboration and excellence.
