• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for leadership roles.
• Strong track record of delivering successful hiring using various sourcing methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of assessment methodologies for effective, inclusive hiring decisions.
• Experience onboarding new hires at a senior level.
• Strong connections in the external market and managing external partnerships.
