  • Sound knowledge of assessment methodologies for effective, inclusive hiring decisions.
  • Experience onboarding new hires at a senior level.
  • Strong connections in the external market and managing external partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for Director-level roles from briefing to onboarding.
  • Support proactive sourcing and market mapping to identify high-calibre talent.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver effective leadership hiring.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of vacancies and market insights.
  • Deliver onboarding that enhances candidate experience.
