A leading semiconductor provider located in the United Kingdom is looking for a Director of Early Careers & University Relations. This role involves developing and leading global strategies for attracting and retaining emerging talent, managing early careers programs including internships and apprenticeships, and establishing strong relationships with academic institutions. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, with a commitment to diversity and a flexible work environment.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director Early Careers & University Relations to build and lead our global strategy for attracting developing and retaining emerging talent. This role will own our early careers programs including internships graduate hiring and apprenticeships while cultivating strong relationships with universities and academic partners worldwide.

We have adopted a hybrid model that gives employees the ability to work remotely two days a week while ensuring that we come together as a team in the office the rest of the time. The designated in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday for innovation collaboration and continuous learning.
