Job description

Overview

As Principal Project Manager, you will work closely with the Programme Deputy Head to ensure the effective management and successful delivery of projects in line with MPP’s project delivery operating procedures. You will be accountable for leading the delivery of complex capital infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on performance, cost, and schedule. A key aspect of the role involves proactively managing the supply chain to ensure optimal delivery of both Life Cycle Replacement and Betterment outcomes.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to Senior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers within your line management structure, while also offering support across the wider team. The role may also require you to deputise for the Deputy Head in reporting and governance forums.

The position will operate within the MPP NADES team delivering projects for our Navy/Air/DE&S customer.
