Overview
What will you be doing?

Digital Strategy Executives at APEX are responsible for supporting the continued evolution of APEX Digital and increased Publicis Media client adoption of its product and services offering. Three key pillars to the role are Operations, Media Planning and Account Management.

The role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing who is particularly interested in learning about account management, media planning and the agency commercial ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Complete RFP requests across various online channels including Programmatic Display, Online Video, DOOH, Audio and YouTube.
  • Assist in building creative and outcomes-driven digital proposals, inclusive of in-depth targeting and audience strategies for advertisers across all verticals
  • Support day to day operational tasks for Strategy and Programmatic teams as necessary depending on needs of accounts
  • Coordinate client meetings, calls and email communication for day-to-day campaign and account management
  • Coordinate with agency to collate and provide internal and external activation teams all necessary campaign launch items for relevant campaign opportunities
  • Support the Strategy and Programmatic teams to ensure all tracking, account set up, launch documentation, and campaign requirements are met for successful activations
  • Maintain new and existing campaign opportunities in SalesForce and internal trackers to ensure accuracy of forecasting and reporting
  • Process campaign and vendor bookings in MediaOcean to ensure all campaign records are accurate
Qualifications
  • Has a keen interest in digital marketing
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Strong Interest and Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, incl. Pivots, Word, PowerPoint
  • Previous agency or marketing work placement a plus (Bonus)
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can complete tasks promptly, on time and accurately
