Now, about your role as Customer Insight Analyst: you will analyze the effectiveness of digital channels through quantitative data and qualitative insights, contributing to marketing initiatives and ensuring outputs meet internal client needs.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Provide performance MI and insights, with recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer behavior via digital channels, suggesting improvements.
• Understand customer needs through market research and internal/external data to enhance marketing segmentation.
• Deliver Marketing MI for the department.
• Create insights using our customer experience software, aligning with project and customer needs.
• Provide insights into changes within our customer base using internal and external data sources.

Requirements:

• Degree in a quantitative discipline with coursework in statistics, econometrics, or related fields (essential).
• Experience with numerical programming (Python, R, SAS) and database programming (SQL Server, Azure SQL, SAS).
• Experience with customer feedback tools (Rant & Rave, Medallia).
• Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to find better answers.
• Experience in data visualization (e.g., PowerBI).
