Job summary

QA in Edinburgh invites applications for a vocational apprenticeship based role. You will log and manage customer sales orders, raise POs, and coordinate supplier communications while training to become a key user of Vantage Online and related business apps.

You will work with Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word to support reporting and daily operations, collaborating with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement and Logistics to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• This is a vocational apprenticeship supported by a QA skills coach.
• Successful completion leads to a national SCQF Level 6 qualification.
• You will gain hands-on experience across sales orders and customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and manage customer sales orders in Vantage Online.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate supplier communications.
• Train to become a key user of Vantage Online and related apps.
• Use Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word to manage communications and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement and Logistics teams.
• Monitor order progress and ensure documentation is compliant and audit-ready.
• Contribute to digital process improvements and workflow efficiency.
