Job summary

QA invites applications for a vocational apprenticeship in Edinburgh, based in a purpose-built refurbishment centre. You will gain hands-on experience, work with digital platforms, stock control and service records, and learn best practices in a sustainability-focused operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and manage service requests via the ticketing platform.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain digital records across systems.
• Train to be a key user of Vantage Online and related platforms.
• Utilise Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) for reporting and collaboration.
• Coordinate with engineers and workshop teams to prioritise workloads.
• Support inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.
• Maintain critical documentation and audit-ready logs.
• Contribute to process improvements and digital workflow efficiency.
