QA is offering an apprenticeship in facilities management support and operations. You will join the operations and support team, learning to log jobs, raise purchase orders, and become proficient in the Concept booking system.

You will support Accounts Payable using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and handle inquiries from clients and suppliers via email, phone, and in person. The role focuses on building communication skills, teamwork, and independent work habits while contributing to project tenders

Qualifications

• PC skills to be taught during apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Log jobs in the booking system and manage purchase orders.
• Provide digital support for Accounts Payable within Dynamics 365.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, using MS Teams and shared drives.
