Manchester (Hybrid, up to 3 days WFH)

Now we’re on the hunt for a Creative Lead who’s sharp, curious, and isn’t afraid of a challenge. You’ll be dropping into a Marketing department that is anything but ordinary—tight‑knit, fast‑moving, creatively fearless, incredibly talented. The Brand team will be your home base, collaborating with experts in copywriting, design, video production, product marketing, and strategy. Together, you’ll craft campaigns that don’t just get noticed; they shift perception, spark leads, and stand out from the competition. Every day, you’ll jump between mediums and projects to shape the future of how the UK moves home.

Scope & Responsibilities
  • Help shape the creative direction of multiple brands across digital, video and offline channels.
  • Help maintain and evolve consistent brand visuals for the group’s three core brands for all marketing activations.
  • Lead on the more challenging, experiential design and brand projects.
  • Manage the creative reviews of the design and video team, providing guidance, feedback and inspiration on all visual projects.
  • Ensure creative output is consistent, high‑quality, and delivered on time.
  • Design high‑end visual content for digital ads, web layouts, pitch decks, social, motion, print adverts, exhibition stands, and more.
  • Develop, maintain and update design systems and asset banks as used by marketing.
  • Work quickly, iterate fast, and deliver knockout creative under pressure.
  • Work across multiple brands with their own identity and voice, ensuring brand consistency across all design materials.
Requirements & Key Skills
  • Mastery of at least two of the following domains: graphic design, video production and editing, website design, or copywriting.
  • A strong creative flair with the ability to bring fresh ideas to every project.
  • Confident in critically reviewing creative output—providing constructive feedback, guidance and mentorship.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Positive, fast‑moving, and resilient mindset in a hybrid working environment.
