With every bottle of MOMO, we hope to inspire people to live healthier and more connected lives.

We’re a proud B Corp and featured on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in 2025.

You’ll find MOMO in Ocado, Riverford, GAIL’s, Planet Organic, Nando’s, Whole Foods Market, and over 1,200 independents.

Join the growing marketing team at one of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands to help grow the D2C side of the business. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll manage MOMO’s digital channels including the website, paid digital and CRM to build our loyal customer base and provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Founded in 2018, we’ve grown rapidly and are now preparing to scale from £5m to over £25m revenue over the next five years, to become the UK’s favourite kombucha. We’re on a mission to make our brand a household favourite, and we’re building an exceptional marketing team to make it happen.

What you’ll do

  • Optimise website performance, identifying and implementing conversion rate optimisations to improve user experience.
  • Own the merchandising of the website, setting up new products, up/cross-sells and bundles and identify opportunities to improve conversion metrics.
  • Manage the subscription platform (Recharge) optimising the user experience to improve retention and LTV.
  • Manage the loyalty programme working closely with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure the programme creates a positive customer experience and helps achieve business goals.
  • Analyse digital marketing performance metrics, sharing reports with actionable improvements.
  • Manage the Amazon agency to optimise performance, ensuring strategy and campaigns support wider brand and marketing goals.
  • Depending on skill set the following responsibilities will be done in-house or through managing an agency:
    • Responsible for paid digital, working closely with Brand and Content teams to develop high performing campaigns.
    • Responsible for the CRM platform (Klaviyo) designing, building and sending email campaigns and flows, and managing audience segmentation.
    • Responsible for developing and implementing an SEO strategy, driving organic traffic growth.
What you’ll bring
  • 4+ years experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo and a subscription platform
  • Experience working on paid ads across Meta and Google
  • Data-driven and naturally curious to dig into data to uncover solutions
  • A user-first approach with an emphasis on how things function and look
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Positive can-do attitude with a proactive approach
  • Genuine passion for health and wellness and better-for-you food and drink
What you’ll get
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Quarterly bonus scheme + share options
  • Early finish Fridays
  • £250 annual wellness budget
  • 1 volunteer day per year (paid)
  • 26 days holiday, plus 1 extra day every two years (up to 30 days)
  • Work with a B Corp that donates 1% of revenue to charity
