Job description

What Youll Be Doing

Social Media

• Manage and grow Securitas UK's social channels with fresh engaging content
• Act as first-line responder to social media queries escalating when needed
• Drive the social media strategy with measurable monthly improvements
• Track brand mentions trends and hashtags
• Report on engagement and audience growth

Website

• Maintain and update content across (products blogs landing pages)
• Apply basic SEO and improve user experience
• Work within EPiServer CMS

Digital Campaigns

• Support planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (social paid web)
• Assist with asset creation and ensure consistent messaging
• Suggest ideas for optimisation and A / B testing
• Align campaign activity with wider business goals

Content & Copywriting

• Write compelling copy for social media blogs emails and web
• Support visual creation by briefing designers or sourcing imagery

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor performance
• Prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements

Market & Competitor Research

• Stay informed on digital trends and competitor activity
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Occasionally support wider marketing efforts including events presentations and collateral

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in social media digital marketing and website management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to deliver information to stakeholders at all levels
• Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills to network internally with our people and to liaise with our clients and third-party suppliers
• Able to work as part of a team but also able to use initiative and work alone
• Commercially aware to understand concepts of exceptional client experience
• Clear Organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Right to Work in the UK and 5-year checkable work history

Desirable

• Experience with EPiServer (training provided)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools
