SF Recruitment have partnered with a brilliant, regionally focussed organisation in Central Birmingham, that are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive on a permanent, hybrid basis.

Salary: £27,000

Hours: full time, hybrid

We're looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to help us deliver an always-on stream of content and campaigns that showcase the best of the West Midlands.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an always-on presence across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).
  • Build and maintain rolling channel and editorial plans to keep our content consistent, relevant and aligned with seasonal campaigns and evergreen themes.
  • Plan, schedule and publish engaging content including short-form video, stories, blogs, newsletters and itineraries.
  • Monitor trends and test formats to optimise long-term engagement and growth, not just short-term spikes.
  • Write, edit and publish blog content and roundups for various websites, optimised for SEO and discoverability.
  • Build and send the monthly e-newsletter, repurposing high-performing content across channels to maximise reach.
  • Cover key events and occasions, ensuring outputs feed into the evergreen content library.
  • Produce monthly performance reports using GA4, Emplifi, and social insights, feeding results back into planning.
