Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services organisation in recruiting a Digital Learning Specialist to join their growing Learning & Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about digital learning, technology, and creating engaging content that drives real impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Own everything LMS-related as the firm’s super admin and point of contact for all queries.
• Manage mandatory learning across the business, scheduling and reporting on completion.
• Work closely with SMEs to design and refresh eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Create engaging content for leadership development, personal growth, and people management modules.
• Support external client learning by building modules on specialist topics such as pensions.
• Drive adoption and engagement internally, encouraging uptake and usage of learning resources.
• Analyse data and produce reports to track learning performance and compliance.
• Explore new tools and technologies to enhance digital learning delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Strong LMS experience with the ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot at super admin level.
• Proven experience using Articulate Rise and Storyline to create high-quality eLearning.
• Skilled in working with SMEs to translate complex topics into engaging learning content.
• Creative flair for graphics, tone of voice, and branding guidelines—bonus if noticing you can design PDFs and visuals.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage mandatory learning cycles and multiple projects.
• Tech-savvy with a curious mindset—Power BI experience would be a plus.
