The Company

We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Digital Fashion Content Admin/Graduate to support the social and content team. This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in fashion, TikTok, Instagram, and digital content, and who's excited to learn how social media and creator marketing work behind the scenes.

The Role

• Manage all sample requests for creators on a daily basis.
• Track samples, shipping details, and delivery status.
• Maintain logs of products sent, creators involved, and content posted.
• Follow up with creators on posting timelines and content links.
• Help organise creator content for internal use and reposting.
• Work closely with the Paid Ads team on GMV trends, top creators and opportunities to scale.
• Research TikTok and Instagram creators that align with the brand.
• Support outreach to creators via email and direct messages.
• Help manage creator communications and follow-ups.
• Keep track of outreach, responses, and collaborations in spreadsheets.
• Stay aware of current social media trends, viral videos, and popular creators in fashion.
• Support scheduling and repurposing content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Assist with creating short‑form videos and images using AI tools.
• Help generate content variations (captions, formats, visuals).
• Organise AI‑generated content in shared folders and content calendars.
• Help update content calendars, creator lists, and campaign trackers.
• Assist with reporting on outreach and social media performance.
• Support the team with general administrative and organisational tasks.
• Keep files, assets, and information organised and up to date.

Skills Required

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working within Ecommerce / Social Media.
• Adobe Photoshop knowledge also required for retouching images.
• Good written and verbal communication is important in order to write quality posts.
• Have an eye for detail and be driven and dynamic.
• Strong Computer skills.
