An apprenticeship program provider is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator Apprentice. This position focuses on assisting the Digital Commissioning department, with responsibilities ranging from meeting preparation to assisting with the production process. Ideal candidates are school leavers with strong communication skills and a passion for social media. The apprenticeship lasts for 15 months and offers a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

Our Apprenticeships are full-time, with four days per week spent working in a C4 department and one day per week completing the formal learning parts of the apprenticeship.
The formal training provided will consist of workshops, tutorials, webinars, coaching and in some cases residential boot camps. The training is dependent on the qualification your apprenticeship offers and will be explained in detail by the training provider before you officially begin the course. The Channel 4 Digital Commissioning department commission all Original and Branded Entertainment shows across the Channel 4 social media portfolio. We work very closely with key people and departments within C4 including 4Studio and Linear Commissioning teams.
We are looking for a brilliant apprentice to assist with and learn all aspects of business admin for a busy commissioning department with many stakeholders, and also bring their energy and problem-solving ideas to the team. This could range from creating comprehensive viewing schedules for multiple shows, updating internal databases, managing processes, and keeping up to date minutes from team and decision-making meetings and even some diary and event management.
As part of the application process, you’ll be asked to tell us how you meet the essential criteria listed below. When answering this question think about examples from your experience so far, this doesn’t need to be professional experience but could be academic, from volunteering or a part-time job.
