Join Our Team as a DIGITAL CHANGE MANAGER at Aspire Defence Service Limited (ADSL)
  • Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
  • Location: Aspire Business Centre, Tidworth

Your Role:
  • You will act as a bridge between business operations and the technology development, ensuring digital initiatives are grounded in operational needs, effectively planned, coordinated, and adopted across the organisation.
  • You will lead stakeholder engagement, manage change activities, and support application development efforts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • You will line manage the Digital Specialist.
  • You will collaborate with the Digital Specialist to shape and validate business requirements, with IT and application developers to ensure infrastructure readiness.
  • You will monitor change readiness and adoption across teams, track digital initiative impact, and ensure consistent application of change management methodology to minimise disruption.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, IT, Change Management, or similar). A certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, APMG) and/or Agile or Scrum certification, ITIL Foundation or equivalent, Project Management qualification (e.g. APM) would be advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven experience in planning and delivering digital change initiatives with a strong understanding of digital transformation principles. Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements whilst working across cross-functional teams and liaising between business and technical stakeholders. Experience in managing service providers and familiarity with application development processes and tools (e.g. DevOps).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong understanding of business activities and processes. Effective at managing multiple priorities with a proactive, analytical approach. Collaborative mindset with proven ability to influence and guide teams through change, working both independently and collectively.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
