Qualifications

• Extensive postgraduate experience in the NHS with high-risk diabetic feet.
• Experience of educating healthcare professionals.
• Wide clinical experience including complex wound care.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist foot care for patients with complex high-risk foot problems.
• Assess and manage a high-risk complex caseload.
• Develop care packages with hospital and community providers.
