Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-load systems development.
• Strong expertise in Python and frameworks (Odoo experience a plus).
• Experience in backend architecture, API development, and integrations.
• Good knowledge of databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people.
• Understanding of mobile development (iOS/Android) and backend support.
• English — at least Intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team (developers, QA, DevOps).
• Form product architecture and define technical strategy.
• Coordinate work on Odoo modules, integrations, and customizations.
• Monitor backend mobile app's scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
