Building Manager - Premium Residential Development

Location: Prime Central London
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 | Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a prestigious residential development in Central London. You will maintain high standards across the property, deliver excellent service to residents, and lead a small on-site team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, inspections, and both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Oversee contractors, ensuring quality and health & safety compliance.
  • Lead front-of-house services, including parcels, keys, and resident move-ins/outs.
  • Conduct statutory checks (fire alarms, lifts, emergency lighting) and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead, train, and support on-site staff; manage rotas and performance.
  • Contribute to budgets and participate in resident communications.
Person Specification
  • Experience managing premium residential, hospitality, or similar properties.
  • Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Eligible to work in the UK with a good standard of education.
