Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and eager Developer Relations Engineer to support the growing developer community for Nibiru Chain globally. This role will be highly visible in the organization and the broader web3 ecosystem. You will manage our online presence, stay informed about developments in the crypto ecosystem, help partners build development tools and platforms, establish relationships with the developer community, and translate their needs into products for a world-class developer experience. You should love community-building, be a self-starter, and capable of self-directed work.

What you'll be doing

• Support the Ecosystem strategy and ensure the growth and success of Web3 partnerships and projects
• Create demo videos, twitter threads, tutorials, blog posts, and more to promote Nibiru Chain
• Improve developer experience with tooling, tutorials, and documentation
• Contribute to the technical design and implementation of new products and protocols on Nibiru Chain
• Participate in meetups, hackathons, and conferences worldwide, and engage with topics of cryptocurrency and NFTs

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years experience with start-ups or scale-ups, especially in Web3 developer relations
• Deep understanding of web3 ecosystems and the Layer 1 landscape
• Experience with Rust, TypeScript, Golang
• Strong knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, especially within Cosmos
• Understanding of startup ecosystems and communities
• Business-level technical knowledge of blockchain and web3 fundamentals
• Ability to set and evaluate success metrics/KPIs
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
• Experience with internet culture, memes, Discord, and Twitter
• Self-starter with an independent mindset and drive to create impact
