Description

Aston Martin F1 is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to deliver exceptional 1st and 2nd line IT support across our high-performance environment. You’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless technology operations for critical departments including Operations, Engineering, HR, Manufacturing, Finance, and the Race Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and effective IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to keep our team running at full speed
  • Maintain and document incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, IFS Assyst)
  • Support planned maintenance and proactively resolve recurring issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office Suite
  • Hands on experience with IT hardware configuration and remote support tools
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms and service delivery best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet SLAs
  • ITIL understanding or certification (preferred)
